What is Shared Branching?
Shared Branching is a network of credit unions across the country that actually "share" their participating branches with each other. If you are a member of a participating credit union, you can use any other participating credit union's branch, identified by the Shared Branching "Swirl."

Shared Branches are where YOU are!
There are thousands of Shared Branches across the United States, and in Ecuador, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, and Puerto Rico. They are convenient when you travel for business or vacation, or attend college away from home. They are also nearby when at work or in the car. Transactions conducted at Shared Branches are real-time transactions. This convenient service also allows you to access your credit union if you change jobs or move. There is always a Shared Branch nearby.
How does it work?
Just enter any credit union that displays the "Swirl." When you enter any Shared Branch, just provide the teller with:

1. State Highway Patrol Credit Union member.

2. You must have your credit union account number

3. A valid government-issued photo I.D., such as a state driver's license or U.S. passport
Is it safe?
Yes. Using a Shared Branch is just as safe and secure as using our credit union office.
How much does it cost?
Shared Branching is a free member service provided by your participating credit union.
Do I have to sign up?
No. If you are a member of a participating credit union, you can automatically use any Shared Branch, just like you use our credit union branch.
What type of transactions can I perform?
You can conduct the following types of transactions in a shared branching location:
Unlimited cash withdrawals can be made according to the cash availability of the shared branch. The first 6 months a new account will have a check hold grace period of 7 days.
You cannot make changes to your accounts at a shared service center. For this service, please call our Member Help Center

Your local Credit Union League offers scholarships for College bound students.
Check out the website below for your local Credit Union League and instructions to apply. 
Annually, the 16 chapters of the Ohio Credit Union League offer scholarships to local area highschool students pursuing a secondary education. Winners of chapter
scholarships are automatically entered to win an additional $1000.00 scholarship from the Ohio Credit Union Foundation.
The Foundation will award $1000.00 scholarships to five of the Chapter winners.

Holders of a certificate have the option of receiving dividends monthly or quarterly basis. A minimum deposit of $500 is required for purchase. There are no maintenance or activity fees. Early termination penalties do apply for early withdrawal.Rates are reviewed each Tuesday by 12:00 p.m. by the Certificate Committee and subject to change.
