Members who have an account with the credit union, can now access their accounts through the State Highway Patrol Federal Credit Union Member Transaction Service (MTS,) 24-hours a day, 7-days a week!
With MTS, members have convenient access to their accounts at home, at work, or anywhere in the world anytime of the day. They can check balances, transfer funds between accounts they are primary or joint on, make loan payments, make credit card payments, view cleared checks, request a check, print information screens, and balance their check book. And best of all, your MTS account is FREE, and 100% secure.
YOUR PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT ACCESS You will need a password and username to use our on-line services. To gain access to MTS. click here. You have the option to either fill out the convenient on-line application or print the application and either mail or fax it to us. When the credit union receives your request for ONLINE ACCESS, one of our member service representatives will mail you a user I.D. within two working days after we receive your application, provided all information is correct and complete. For security reasons, your password will follow in a separate mailing.
The credit union will provide you with an initial password. You will be required to change your password on the first login. Passwords must be a minimum of four digits and/or characters and contain at least one (1) number and one (1) letter. Passwords are case sensitive. For your security, do not use obvious information like house or phone numbers or birth date, unit number or any other public numbers as your password, and never reveal your password to anyone else. Never walk away from your computer while you are still logged on to home banking.
Do you need an upgrade?
To use the Member Transaction Service and to protect your financial data we require you to access our site with a browser capable of 128-bit encryption.
To upgrade Netscape Navigator visit www.netscape.com and go to the SmartUpdate page. You will have the option of upgrading your version of Netscape Navigator to 128-bit encryption on-line.
To upgrade Microsoft Internet Explorer, click here and follow the instructions provided.
In order to open an account, add a signer or make a loan, Federal Law (USA Patriot Act of 2001*) now requires us to obtain and retain information for identity verification purposes. *The Uniting and Strenghtening America by providing appropirate tools required to intercept and obstrust terrorism (USA PATRIOT) act of 2001 requires financial institutions to take steps to obtain and verify certain identifying information for any person opening an account; maintain records of the information used to verify the person's identity; and determine whether the perosn appears on any list of suspected terrorists provided by the Federal government. |
